Eligibility and Account Registration

The 66wim platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• You are physically located within the Philippines
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 66wim platform

Each individual may hold only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are detected, 66wim reserves the right to close any or all of the accounts involved and may forfeit any balance held in those accounts. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any false or misleading information submitted during registration may result in immediate account suspension.

Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address before your first withdrawal request is processed. 66wim may also request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing account verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality withheld until verification is completed.

Account Security and Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 66wim account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account login is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 66wim support immediately using the contact details listed on the platform. 66wim will never contact you by email or phone to request your password or OTP. Any communication claiming to be from 66wim and asking for this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported.

You agree not to:

• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Use VPN software or other methods to misrepresent your location
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of any of these account conduct rules may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 66wim are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 66wim does not accept foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or credit cards as payment methods for betting or gaming deposits. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet transactions such as GCash and Maya are typically reflected quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank and the time of day the transfer is initiated.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where applicable, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements
• Any active bonus or promotional balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted
• 66wim reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed

Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or early settlement option for a specific market.

Each product category is governed by its own specific product rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product.

The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets must be placed using funds available in your account balance at the time of placing the bet
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market, event, and game — these are displayed at the time of placing a bet
• In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable product rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake
• If a technical error results in an incorrect price or odds being displayed, 66wim reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed and confirmed at the time the bet was accepted

Live in-play betting is available for supported sports events. Odds during live betting update in real time based on match developments. There may be brief periods where betting is suspended during key moments of an event — this is normal and does not affect previously placed bets.

Promotions, Bonuses, and Offers

66wim may offer promotional bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, or other incentives to new and existing members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated alongside each individual offer. General promotional rules that apply across all offers include:

• Attempting to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any promotional offer — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of any related bonus and may result in account suspension

66wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification
• The account has been used in violation of these Terms or any applicable product-specific rules
• The account is associated with money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal conduct

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a breach — for example, at the member's own request — the remaining verified balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method after any outstanding wagering obligations are settled.

Limitation of Liability

66wim provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66wim's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. 66wim is not liable for:
